Good Evening Panther Family

We are exciting to see many of you tomorrow for our miniroos presentation.

Just a couple of house keeping rules before tomorrow evening.

The venue doors will be open at 6PM.

We will have volunteers at the door checking off names of those who have purchased tickets for the night. Ticket holders will be allowed to use all activities on the night. Please keep in mind that we need to beware of all venue rules and follow them.

We will be providing finger food and drinks for the kids to eat and enjoy throughout the night.

We will also be selling raffle tickets throughout the night prior to the raffle with some great prizes on offer, which will be held at 7:30PM.

Tickets are 5 for $25. Please be advised that tickets are limited (first in best dressed).

You are more than welcome to purchase coffee and other beverages if you wish, as the coffee bar will be operating.

Note to Coaches: Please make sure you have your teams ready 10 minutes prior to your presentation start time to help run presentation as smoothly as possible.
